These are a plastic bake-a-lite burner receptacle with a metal mounting bracket that has a metal tab bent at 90 degrees that mounts with one screw and two wires attached to it.

Wire leads come off the back of the burner block.

Included in package is wire nuts and heat shrink tubing for easy installation.  

Replacement for numbers AP2021559 and PS232646.
